Rich Hagan
President & Chief Executive Officer
Rich is a seasoned executive with more than 40 years of experience in global business, leveraging his expertise to drive growth and operational excellence for Stratus Management and its clients. He founded the company’s residential management division and, over the past two decades, has positioned Stratus Management as a leading authority in urban high-rise management across the Southeast. During his leadership, the company has achieved significant advancements in people, processes, and technology, fostering balanced and sustainable growth.
Before joining Stratus Management, Mr. Hagan served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Hagemeyer North America. His career also includes executive roles at Radiant Systems and The Coca-Cola Company, as well as a managerial position at Ernst & Young’s consulting practice, where he advised numerous Fortune 500 companies. He brings deep expertise in finance, operations, information technology, and strategic planning.

Prior to joining Stratus Management, Jennifer served as an HR Manager in the manufacturing industry, overseeing HR operations across the state of Georgia, which strengthened her expertise in employee engagement, policy development, and organizational growth. She is passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that supports both employees and the organization’s success.
